SC@N 360 is a five year grant project which began in October 2004 under the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services and New North Citizen's Council through federal funding from the United States Administration on Developmental Disabilities. The project relies on your continued support and donations for the future sustainability to continue our services for Springfield families affected by developmental disabilities.

Tangible Donations: Although we have minimal storage space, SC@N 360 does accept limited donations of equipment and supplies which we can then pass on to families in need or other organizations.

Monetary Donations: Maybe you are unable to volunteer your time or cannot spare tangible items. If so, monetary donations help our families to enhance access to necessary services or offered trainings.

On behalf of the people we serve and support, we thank you for your generousity. For more information on other ways to get involved please contact us.
