	SC@N 360 is a One Stop Family Center and Network in the city of Springfield which offers assistance to families in the Community who have a family member with a developmental disability. Staff are committed to helping families Access information and support through a Network of human service agencies and community service providers.

A Message from The Director

Welcome to the SC@N 360 Family Center Website. We are the Springfield Community Access Network The SC@N 360 Family Center is a place where families and individuals whose lives are affected by a disability, can access culturally and linguistically appropriate support, resources and assistance in the City of Springfield, Massachusetts. Our goal is to give families and individuals the information and resources they need to become more independent and more in control of their lives! Information and education are power! We strive to empower families to be more than they may have thought possible.

We welcome and appreciate your comments and input, for we understand the importance of sharing what works and what doesn’t work in the development and maintenance of a helpful website. We want this site to be as helpful to you as if you had walked into the door of the Center.
